Does a fasting nursing mother's fasting affect the quantity of her milk, and what is the ruling on breastfeeding her child while fasting? And does a child's urine on a fasting or non-fasting mother necessitate ghusl before prayer?

A breastfeeding woman is permitted to break her fast if she fears harm to her child, and she must make up the missed days (qada') and pay expiation (kaffarah), which is feeding one poor person for each day she broke her fast. Breastfeeding itself does not invalidate the fast. It is not obligatory to bathe due to being stained with impurity; rather, it is obligatory to remove and wash it before prayer. If the breastfeeding woman is inconvenienced by changing and washing her clothes, she may pray in her clothes after taking precautions against the impurity as much as possible, and what remains after that is excused due to the difficulty of complete avoidance.
