Is the repentance of a disobedient person whose end was bad and who caused many to repent considered a good deed to be added to the scale of his actions?

This deceased person has gone on to meet what he put forth, and there is no Shariah-based evidence indicating that he will receive reward due to the repentance of those affected by him, because he made no effort in what transpired. Allah Almighty says: "And that man will not have but what he endeavored for." It is difficult to definitively assert a bad ending for him, so it is necessary to refrain from speaking about his matter. However, if his death upon Tawhid (definition) (monotheism) is confirmed, then one should supplicate for mercy upon him and seek forgiveness for him.
