Does the Hadith: "May Allah curse whoever shelters a transgressor (muhdith)" mean that it is impermissible to protect a person fleeing from their family in an honor crime, or a homosexual, or an adulterer, or an alcoholic fleeing from a group that claims to implement God's law, or a group that threatens them with death, even if no Hadd punishment has been established against them, and even if one is able to protect them? And would not helping them in this situation be considered forbidden (haram)?
