Is it permissible to recite the Basmalah over the entire Mushaf for both those who know how to read and those who do not, and does bleeding from the throat without a medical reason break the fast?

If the bleeding experienced by a woman is involuntary, her fast remains valid and is not nullified by any amount of this blood entering the stomach against her will. This is in accordance with the words of Allah Almighty: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity," and "Allah does not intend to make any difficulty for you." However, she must expel whatever she can and not swallow it. If she deliberately swallows it when she was able to spit it out, her fast is invalidated, and she must make it up.
