Is the counting with the fingers for taḥmīd and takbīr completed from where it left off after tasbīḥ, or does the counting start anew with each remembrance?

The prescribed way for tasbih (glorification) after prayers is that the dhikr (remembrance) can be either combined or separate. If the worshiper combines them, he says: "Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest)" 33 times, and there is no issue with counting. If he separates them, the Sunnah is to count using the fingers of the hand. The method of counting is broad, and the aim is to achieve the action of the fingers.
