Will the reward for Friday Prayer be recorded for one who consistently performs it, even if the conditions for its establishment are not met at the workplace?

If a Muslim is diligent in performing the Friday prayer, and then it becomes waived for him due to the unavailability of its conditions, he will be rewarded for it. This is analogous to the traveler and the sick person, for whom the reward of the obedience they used to perform while resident and healthy is recorded, based on the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "If a servant falls ill or travels, what he used to do when he was healthy and resident will be recorded for him." This applies to whoever used to perform an act of obedience and intended to continue it, were it not for the impediment.
