What is the ruling on money earned from working in a company that does not allow the performance of Friday prayer, knowing that I will try to go out to perform it once or twice within one month, which I will complete to satisfy my family and their need for money?

It is not permissible to contract for work that causes one to miss the Jummah prayer, except out of necessity. As long as the questioner was unaware of the company's condition, there is no sin upon him, and his salary is lawful. He must try to perform Jummah; however, if he fears losing his salary, it is permissible for him to be absent until he receives his salary, and then he should leave the job. Scholars have mentioned that among the excuses for missing Jummah are fear of harm to oneself, one's family, or one's property.
