What is the aspect of the Quranic miraculousness (linguistic and scientific) in the omission of the "mudghah" (lump of flesh) stage in Surah Ghafir, while it is mentioned in Surah Al-Hajj among the established stages of creation?

Allah Almighty has beautified the stages of human creation in some places in the Quran, and detailed them in other places, to demonstrate His power. Among the places of summarization is His saying, Exalted is He: "He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, in three veils of darkness" (Az-Zumar: 6). And among the places of detail is His saying, Exalted is He: "O people, if you are in doubt about the Resurrection, then [know that] We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed, that We may make clear to you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you forth as infants, and thereafter [develop you] that you may reach your [age of] full strength" (Al-Hajj: 5). The reason for this detail in Surat Al-Hajj is that it came in the context of refuting those who deny the Resurrection, so the occasion required mentioning all the stages. Accordingly, eloquence necessitates conciseness and elaboration according to the situation.
