Is a man who allows his wife to display her adornments (tabarruj) and mix with non-mahram men, and permits his children to study in mixed-gender schools or watch pornographic channels, included in the scope of Allah’s saying: ﴿Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter﴾?

"Whoever does that is a dayyuth (pimp/cuckold) and falls short in his responsibilities towards his wife and children. Allah does not look upon a dayyuth, and he is among those for whom Paradise is forbidden, along with the chronic drunkard. And whoever invites his family to that and encourages them to do it is included in the warning mentioned in the verse, because encouraging and commanding such acts is an invitation to indecency and its spread among believers."
