What is the ruling on listening to my friend describe her sin without offering her advice?
The Shari'ah encourages giving advice, so you should advise your friend who is committing sins, as you might be a reason for her guidance. If she does not desist after your advice, then do not continue to associate with her, due to the potential fitna (temptation/trial) it may cause you in your religion. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not associate except with a believer, and let no one eat your food except a pious person." As for your speaking with her or listening to her words, if refraining from that would deter her, then do so. Otherwise, there is no objection as long as it is within what is permissible by Shari'ah. Do not allow her to make you hear anything related to her immorality and sinfulness, and remind her of the hadith: "All of my Ummah will be forgiven except those who commit sins openly."
