Which Qur'anic surahs did Umar ibn al-Khattab refer to when he said: "Learn them, for in them are the obligatory duties (fara'id)"?

Al-Hakim narrated from Al-Miswar ibn Makhramah that Umar ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "Learn Surat Al-Baqarah, Surat An-Nisa, Surat Al-Ma'idah, Surat Al-Hajj, and Surat An-Nur, for in them are the obligatory duties." Al-Hakim authenticated it, and Al-Dhahabi agreed with him.
