Is someone from whom urine is discharged on two consecutive days without his control considered to have سلس (urinary incontinence) according to the Malikis?

The discharge of urine from a person on two consecutive days does not render him a sahib salas (one afflicted with perpetual ritual impurity) according to the Malikis. Rather, he is considered as such if the discharge of the impurity continues for all or most or half of the time.
