Do my repeated statements to my wife, intended to threaten her, which included phrases such as: "I don't want her," "Who told you that you will enter it?", "The marriage has reached a critical stage," "The marriage will fail," "By ruining your home with your own hands, do what you are doing and you will regret it," "I will not hold a wedding," "I will not live with someone who doesn't listen," "I don't know, I'm uncomfortable," "If a chapter [of the Qur'an] according to your mood can be a husband for you," and "You think the marriage contract has been concluded and you don't realize it can fail," in addition to my doubt regarding my statement: "If she wants a divorce, I will divorce her, or she gets divorced," are these considered an explicit divorce or an implicit one? Has divorce occurred with those phrases? And if doubt refers back to certainty regarding the continuation of the marriage, do I have to complete the wedding, or has the marriage ended? And what is the effect of my forgetting some of the phrases I said?

Excessive questioning and hypothesizing about hypothetical situations are religiously reprehensible and a path to obsessive doubts.

The wife must be gently and wisely compelled to observe the legal hijab.

The phrases mentioned (Go away, you are thrice divorced, and it's over, I've divorced you, I don't want you, go to your family) are ambiguous divorce expressions (kinayat) and divorce does not occur unless there is an intention. As long as the husband did not intend divorce, it has not occurred.

Doubt about uttering an explicit divorce statement does not result in divorce, because the certainty of marriage is not removed by doubt.

The fact that the wife is menstruating has no effect because she has not been consummated with.

Divorcing a woman before consummation is an irrevocable divorce (طلاق بائن), and she is not lawful for her husband except with a new marriage contract.

Divorce pronouncements should not be used for intimidation. Rather, legitimate methods and kind words should be relied upon to resolve disputes.
