Is a husband's kissing his wife and saying "Habibti" after the third divorce considered a valid retraction, taking into account that he did not actually retract before a judge?

If the husband repeats the word "divorce" three times, intending to issue more than one divorce, then the wife is divorced threefold. She becomes irrevocably separated from him (baynunah kubra), and he does not have the right to take her back. She does not become lawful for him again unless she marries another man. This is the opinion of the majority of scholars. However, if the husband did not intend to repeat the divorce, then only a single revocable divorce occurs with his utterance. Kissing the woman or touching her with desire does not effect a return (revocation of divorce).
