Is trading in gifts and teddy bears Haram or Halal?

Firstly: It is permissible to trade in gift items such as toys and flowers, unless they involve something forbidden or aid in committing a forbidden act, such as gifts that are unlawful according to Sharia. This is based on the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression).

Secondly: Dolls and Teddy Bears: - It is permissible to trade in those intended for children due to the allowance for girls' toys, and because minors are permitted things that are not permitted for adults. - It is not permissible to sell them to adults for decorating their gatherings or cars. - The permissibility of acquiring images of girls and playing with them is evidenced by the Hadith of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, who used to play with dolls in the presence of the Prophet, peace be upon him. - If they are three-dimensional images like a shadow, having no eyes, nose, or mouth, then there is no issue with their permissibility. - If they are in the exact form of a human image, then their permissibility is questionable, and it is better to avoid them if an alternative without doubt can be found. - As for images of other animals, there is no justification for acquiring them. One can do without them by using images of manufactured devices, and if they are found, their heads should be cut off.
