Is it permissible for men and women to dye their hair and remove grayness?

It is permissible for both men and women to dye their hair with colors other than black, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Change this (grey hair), but avoid black." It is not permissible to remove grey hairs by plucking them, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) prohibition of it and his saying: "Do not pluck grey hairs, for they are the Muslim's light on the Day of Resurrection."
