Is it permissible for the wife to annul the legal marriage contract without the husband's consent if the contract was concluded four years ago but not consummated, and it became evident that the husband is involved in drug dealing?

If the marriage contract was concluded with all its conditions and with the consent of the girl, it cannot be annulled except by referring the matter to the Sharia (definition) court. Drug trafficking is a prohibited and dangerous act that necessitates the moral corruption of its perpetrator, and its harms extend beyond the individual to their family and society. Therefore, the girl has the right to present her case to the Sharia court to seek justice. Before that, she and her guardians should advise the husband. If he repents, then all is well and good; otherwise, she has the right to take the matter to court.
