Is it permissible for a woman to request the annulment of the marriage contract if the husband is not religiously or morally committed, and has not consummated the marriage or paid the dowry, and is he required to utter the divorce?

If the young man drinks alcohol, neglects prayer, and curses religion, then you and your father erred by agreeing to your marriage to him. If the marriage contract has been concluded, refer the matter to the Sharia court to annul the contract if his apostasy is proven to them. Otherwise, you may request a divorce or khul' in exchange for waiving some of your rights. And you must repent to Allah for your negligence.
