Should the wife seek divorce or annulment of the marriage contract if her husband drinks alcohol, commits adultery, and fails to fulfill her conjugal rights?

Previous discussions have addressed dealing with a husband who drinks alcohol, or who has an illicit relationship, or who does not fulfill marital rights, in prior fatwas. It is permissible for the wife to seek a divorce from the ruler if the husband is immoral or harmful to her. As for the annulment of the contract (فسخ العقد), it occurs due to the presence of a defect in the husband that was not disclosed before the marriage contract.
