Is it permissible for the older wife to inform her younger friend that her husband will marry her if she divorces, in order to help her with the decision of divorce and to manage her livelihood, knowing that the younger wife strongly desires divorce but fears facing the burdens of life?

Intervening between spouses in a way that spoils their relationship is forbidden, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He is not of us who incites a woman against her husband." This is from the work of Satan. However, it is permissible to separate them for a legitimate Sharia reason, such as harm and abuse, based on the hadith of Thabit ibn Qays. If a woman is harmed by her husband, she has the right to request a divorce, and her friend may explain the Sharia ruling to her and advise her to do so. But telling her explicitly that there is a husband waiting for her is not permissible, especially if she is in her 'iddah (waiting period).
