Is it permissible for a poor zakat collector to take a share from it to meet his basic needs for food, clothing, and medical treatment if his salary is insufficient and he is forced to borrow?

The person in charge of distributing charities deserves a wage from the Zakat, from the share allocated for those who work on it. He must fear Allah and not take more than his wage. If he needs more than his wage, he may take the additional amount from the share of the poor and the needy after informing the responsible authority and obtaining their approval.
