Is it obligatory for the questioner to perform Sa'y for Hajj, despite having a debt, given her expectation of achieving her wish after seeing those recurring inspirations?

My advice to the questioner is to seek Allah's help in achieving their aspirations and to exert effort, based on the Prophet's saying: "A strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than a weak believer, and there is good in both. Be keen on what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not lose heart." And his saying in the Hadith of Suraqah: "Work, for everyone will be facilitated."

Regarding Hajj and debt, there is no harm in prioritizing Hajj over paying off a debt if the debt is not due immediately. The conditions for a debt that prevents one from performing Hajj are as follows: 1. The debt must be due immediately (ḥāl), for if it is deferred (mu'ajjal), going for Hajj does not affect its payment. 2. The creditor must not give permission. If they give permission, then there is no harm in performing Hajj. 3. There must not be sufficient funds to repay the debt. If one has sufficient funds, there is no harm in performing Hajj even if the creditor does not give permission. 4. The Hajj must be performed with the person's own money. If someone else covers the expenses of their Hajj, then there is no harm.
