What are the acts that must be performed before entering into a state of ihram for Umrah, and is it permissible to enter into ihram before the miqat for someone traveling by plane?

The will is confirmed for one who intends to travel for Umrah, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not right for a Muslim who has something to bequeath to spend two nights without having his will written down with him." It is recommended to perform ghusl (ritual bath), use perfume, and clean oneself (removing dishevelment, eliminating odor, plucking armpit hair, trimming the mustache, clipping nails, and shaving the pubic hair) when intending to enter into ihram, though it is not obligatory. As for entering into ihram before the Miqat, it is permissible and the ritual becomes binding thereby, but it is preferable not to enter into ihram before reaching the Miqat.
