Why did the noble verse state: "and make for you gardens and make for you rivers" instead of: "and admit you to gardens wherein He has made for you rivers"?

The verse came in the context of the Quran's discussion of Noah's (peace be upon him) methods in inviting his people, using both encouragement and deterrence. He promised them rain, wealth, children, and gardens in this world, which is why the expression "He will make for you" (يجعل لكم) was used instead of "He will admit you" (يدخلكم). Noah knew their eagerness for worldly possessions, so he called them to obey Allah, which would gather for them the good of both this world and the Hereafter. He promised them fertility, richness, the descent of rain, and an increase in wealth.
