Is the wife sinful if she rejects her husband's condition to leave work and insists on divorce, and will her daughter hold her accountable if she deprives her of her father?

The husband's actions of cursing, insulting, and preventing family visits constitute harm that permits the wife to seek divorce. However, it is not advisable to hasten in seeking it due to its detrimental consequences, especially if there are children. If the husband apologizes and expresses a desire for reform, it is preferable to give him another chance. As for work, if you stipulated your continuation in it before the marriage contract, he is not allowed to prevent you, provided the work adheres to Islamic guidelines. If you did not stipulate this, then you must comply with his request to leave work.
