What is the share of the wife and the full sister in the inheritance?

If the heirs are limited to the wife and the full sister, then the wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of a lineal descendant, and the full sister receives one-half. The remainder is also returned to the full sister if the public treasury (Bayt al-Mal) in that country is not organized. Otherwise, it is placed in the Muslim public treasury. What is meant by the public treasury being organized is that it exists, justice is upheld in it, and the inheritance is spent on its legitimate expenditures. This is not the case now.
