Is it permissible for me to go to Hajj with my father, even though I am married and the marriage has not yet been consummated, and my husband refuses my travel?

If the pilgrimage is the obligatory Hajj, then the husband does not have the right to prevent his wife from traveling for Hajj, especially if she is accompanied by a mahram, because Hajj is an obligation. And if the husband does not permit her, she may go for Hajj without his permission. As for a voluntary Hajj, the husband has the right to prevent his wife from it, and scholars have agreed on this.
