Is it a condition to perform verbal remembrance to achieve "let your tongue remain moist with the remembrance of God"?

The obligatory parts of tasbeeh (glorification) and adhkar (remembrances) are those explicitly stated as obligatory in prayer. Anything beyond that is mustahabb (recommended) and desirable in Islamic law, containing great good and reward. Its merit is indicated by the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) sayings: "Let your tongue remain moist with the remembrance of Allah Almighty," and "That you die while your tongue is moist with the remembrance of Allah Almighty." The moistness of the tongue with dhikr means its abundance and the constant movement of the tongue with it. Allah Almighty said: "I am with My servant when he remembers Me and his lips move with Me." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to remember Allah at all times.
