What is the ruling on educating adolescents and raising their awareness of the rulings on acts of worship, while indirectly warning them against masturbation? Is the one who does so sinful if his desire is aroused and madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged during the conversation? And is his action considered a means of earning reward?
Love among young people must be for the sake of Allah, as it is the firmest bond of faith. The emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhiy) when speaking with some young men is unusual, and it is feared that its cause might be looking or touching with lust, especially if the young man is handsome. It is impermissible to look or touch with lust, and whoever deems this permissible has committed disbelief by consensus. Likewise, it is impermissible to look if there is a fear of lust being aroused. One must keep away from situations of suspicion and temptation, even in the context of teaching, especially for a hafiz (memorizer) of the Qur’an. Interacting with a handsome, beardless youth who is not a should be done with caution and limited to what is necessary, while safeguarding the heart and limbs. It should be serious and polite, avoiding familiarity, as blocking the means to corruption is obligatory.
