Is it permissible for a man to learn Tajweed from a woman in the presence of her mahram?

It is forbidden to look at or be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman (a woman not of one's immediate family), and it is not permissible for her to uncover her face in front of him. A woman's voice is not considered 'awrah (that which must be covered or concealed), unless it is soft, alluring, or submissive in a way that incites fitna (temptation or discord). It is permissible to acquire knowledge from a woman, provided there is a hijab (barrier/veil) and concealment, and the absence of seclusion and fitna, as Allah states: (And when you ask [his wives] for anything, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts) [Quran 33:53]. However, it is not advisable due to the widespread corruption and lack of religious commitment, especially in teaching Tajweed, which many men are proficient in. This is unless the woman is elderly, has a high isnad (chain of narration), and there is no fear of fitna.
