Is it permissible for a woman who has undergone an IVF procedure and been prevented from using water on her body to perform ablution (wudu'), pray (salat), and recite the Qur'an?

Prayer is not waived for a Muslim as long as they are of sound mind. If water would harm the health of the mother or the fetus, it is permissible for the pregnant woman to perform tayammum for each prayer. She may perform tayammum, recite the Qur’an, and touch the mushaf (copy of the Qur'an). If she is able to wash part of her body, she should wash what does not harm her and perform tayammum for the rest. If she is not in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) and ablution (wudu) would not harm her, then she must perform wudu, and it is permissible for her to touch the mushaf. If she is not in a state of ablution, she is not permitted to touch the mushaf, but she may recite the Qur’an without touching it.
