It is not permissible to directly touch one's wife during the daytime in for someone who is not safe from ejaculation or pre-seminal fluid (), according to those who hold that it invalidates the fast. Whoever does this must repent to Allah, and their fast is invalidated if they were safe. The preponderant opinion is that expiation () is not obligatory upon her.
