What is the ruling on cleaning the eyebrows if it is necessary due to an injury in them?

It is not permissible for a woman to remove anything from her eyebrows, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "May Allah curse the namisah (the one who plucks eyebrows) and the mutanamisah (the one for whom it is done)," and this includes removing hair from the eyebrows. However, it is permissible to remove hair out of necessity, such as cleaning or treating a wound, because necessities permit the forbidden, as stated in the Almighty's saying: "And He has already explained to you what He has forbidden to you, except for that to which you are compelled."
