What is the authenticity of Moses hearing the creak of the pen with the Ten Words on the first of Dhu al-Qi'dah?

This entire narration is unsupported and attributed to Wahb ibn Munabbih, who was known for transmitting Israʼiliyyat (tales of Jewish origin).

However, it is established that Allah wrote the Torah for Moses with His own hand, as stated in the Hadith about the disputation between Adam and Moses. It is also narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Moses heard the scratching of the pen when Allah wrote on the Tablet.
