How can non-Muslims be convinced that Islam is the true religion, especially Christians? Are there specific books that help with this? And did the Messenger Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, marry his wives out of compassion and mercy? And why did he marry more than four wives?

The truthfulness of the Islamic faith is confirmed by numerous pieces of evidence, including prophecies about it in previous heavenly scriptures, the narration of unseen events in the Holy Quran, and the biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the unlettered prophet who conveyed accounts of previous nations.

As for the Prophet's (peace be upon him) multiple marriages, they were not driven by lust but by legislative and humanitarian reasons and great wisdom. His marital life can be divided into three stages:

1. Pre-marriage stage: The Prophet (peace be upon him) reached the age of 25 without marrying, exemplifying chastity and purity in his conduct. 2. Monogamous stage: During this period, he married Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her), who was fifteen years older than him, and lived with her alone until her death when he was over fifty. 3. Polygamous stage: This stage began after the death of Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her). The majority of his marriages were to widows and elderly women for social and humanitarian purposes, such as caring for widows and orphans, winning hearts, and disseminating legislation. He did not marry any virgin except Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her).
