Is it better to teach the memorization of the Qur'an in the mosque, or is it forbidden to raise one's voice with it therein due to embarrassing the worshippers, given the availability of another place for memorization?

The default ruling is that teaching the Quran in the mosque is permissible, based on the hadith in Muslim concerning the virtue of learning two verses from the Book of Allah. However, a condition for its permissibility is that it should not disturb those praying or involve raising voices, out of respect for the mosque. It is preferable to hold study circles in the mosque while adhering to its etiquettes.
