You must turn to Allah in supplication, asking Him for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency, for supplication fulfills needs and removes distress. Paralysis is not a barrier to marriage, neither legally nor naturally, and it is permissible for a woman to seek righteous husbands. Masturbation is impermissible, as it is a bad habit that harms the body and the religion. It is not permissible to converse with non-mahram men except out of necessity, and the prohibition is more emphatic and the sin more severe if the conversation is about sexual matters. You must seek Allah's help, be patient, be mindful of Allah, and overcome Satan and whims.
