Is it permissible to falsify classification certificates for engineers or the company to achieve business interests, knowing that the company is qualified but the regulations do not allow it?

Lying in certificates and documents is Islamically forbidden, even if it does not harm anyone. Issuing forged certificates for the company is considered prohibited because the company thereby obtains what it is not entitled to. Therefore, it is not permissible for the questioner to obey the employer in making these forged certificates. He must repent and rectify what he has corrupted by informing the concerned authorities, by any possible means that does not harm him.
