How is the property of a deceased woman, who owns no real estate and has no desire for anyone to inherit from her wealth, to be divided among her mother, four brothers, three sisters, and ten nephews (sons of a full brother)?

Inheritance is a divine ordinance and is not subject to the wishes of the deceased. Upon death, it transfers to the heirs, and a will disinheriting heirs is not valid.

If the deceased left behind only her mother and full brothers and sisters, then the mother receives one-sixth (11 shares out of 66) due to the presence of siblings (Quran 4:11: "But if he had brothers, then his mother will have one-sixth"). The remainder goes to the full brothers and sisters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. Thus, a full brother takes 10 shares, and a full sister takes 5 shares. The sons of the full brother receive nothing as they are blocked by the full brother.

Inheritance cases should be presented to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
