Is the hadith "No army is defeated in which there is..." authentic?

There is no authentic hadith with the wording "An army led by a man from Rabee'a will not be defeated." A similar wording appeared in "Kanz al-Ummal" from Khalid bin Ma'dan, stating that Umar ibn al-Khattab wrote to Yazid to dispatch an army led by a man from Rabee'a, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "An army whose banner is with a man from Rabee'a will not be defeated." The author of "Kanz" mentioned that Abu Ahmad al-Dahtani narrated the hadith with trustworthy narrators, and scholars have not affirmed its authenticity or weakness. Ibn Hajar, Al-Tabari, and Ibn al-Atheer mentioned that Umar said about Al-Qa'qa' bin Amr Al-Tamimi: "An army in which there is someone like him will not be defeated."
