Is it permissible to sign a document for organ donation after death, knowing that these organs might be transferred to Jewish patients?

If the organ recipient is someone whose life is inviolable, such as a Muslim or a Dhimmi, then there is no objection to donating to them. However, it is not permissible to donate to a belligerent disbeliever, such as Zionists. Therefore, if a Muslim is certain that the recipients of their organs will be Muslims or People of the Book, then there is no impediment to signing a will for donation; otherwise, it is not permissible.
