Is it permissible for a Muslim to donate his organs after death to non-Muslims, and does the Almighty's saying, "And whoever saves a life - it is as though he had saved all of mankind," apply to that?

Donating organs after death is permissible under three conditions: 1. The donated organs must not affect lineage, inherited traits, or general personality (such as the testicle, ovary, and nerve tissue cells). 2. The donor must be of full legal capacity (adult, sane, and mature). 3. The recipient must be someone whose life is protected by Islamic law (a Muslim or a peaceful non-Muslim). It is not permissible to donate to a warring disbeliever because their blood is considered lawful to spill in Islamic law.

The donor is rewarded for their kindness to people, whether the recipient is a Muslim or a peaceful non-Muslim, unless the donor is in a country that is at war with Muslims. In that case, the donation is only permissible to Muslims.
