Is it permissible to give the money taken from an association without payment as charity to those who did not receive their share from the association, or to the poor, or what should be done?

What you did by taking money from the society without paying your share is a betrayal of trust and an unlawful consumption of wealth, and it is forbidden (haram). You must repent by returning what you took to its rightful owners, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The hand is responsible for what it took until it returns it." You are not permitted to give this money as charity.
