Does my online brokering, where I agree with a merchant to sell his goods at wholesale price and add a certain amount as my profit, then market them online, and if a buyer is found, I refer him directly to the merchant, with the merchant being aware of the amount of my profit, fall under the scholarly disagreement regarding the permissibility of brokering when there is ignorance (Jahalah)?

The aforementioned transaction is permissible, with no objection, according to some scholars, such as Ibn Qudamah, who affirmed the permissibility of agency with a commission, stating: "If he said: 'Sell this for ten, and whatever exceeds that is yours,' it is valid, and he is entitled to the surplus; because Ibn Abbas saw no harm in that." However, it does not escape scholarly disagreement due to the ambiguity of the commission.
