For a person to wake up for Fajr prayer, they need an internal alarm that stems from faith and piety towards the Most Merciful. It is advisable to remind people of Allah and the importance and status of Fajr prayer. This is not achieved by an audio recording alone, but by diversifying methods through lessons in the mosque, Friday sermons, booklets, posters, and newsletters. Also, a group can be mobilized whose task is to wake up those who are asleep via phone or by visiting them in their homes.
