Does the discovery of a cure for all infertility diseases with stem cells contradict the noble verse: (And He makes barren whom He wills)?

Allah Almighty says: (To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He creates what He wills. He grants to whom He wills female [offspring], and He grants to whom He wills males. Or He makes them [both] males and females, and He renders whom He wills barren. Indeed, He is Knowing and Competent.) Ash-Shura/49-50.

In this verse, there is an affirmation of Allah's perfect dominion and His will in granting and withholding, by virtue of Him being All-Knowing and All-Competent. And His saying, (He renders whom He wills barren), is not negated by the news of the imminent cure for infertility using stem cells, for several reasons:

Firstly: This news is merely journalistic dreams and aspirations, not confirmed scientific facts. Many experts doubt its effectiveness and consider it far from being a real cure.

Secondly: Infertility is a disease, and Allah has legislated a cure for every disease except old age. Therefore, treatment does not mean the complete eradication of the disease or the healing of everyone. Allah's will remains dominant; if Allah wills to strip the treatment of its effect, He will do so.

Thirdly: The causes of infertility are numerous and ever-changing. Allah is capable of creating new causes of infertility even if the known causes are treated, and there will always be cases that doctors cannot cure.

The objection would only be valid if an effective cure were discovered that completely eliminates infertility for every infertile person on Earth, and this is a far-fetched matter.
