How can we reconcile His saying, the Most High, "He grants to whom He wills female [offspring]..." with the ability of laboratories to determine the sex of the fetus and for parents to choose it?

There is no contradiction between the noble verse and the possibility of determining the sex of the fetus in a laboratory, because the work of laboratories is to separate the male sperm from the female and fertilize the egg with one of them, whereas the creation of these sperm is from Allah Almighty.
