How is the inheritance divided among: a mother, a wife, two daughters, and a full brother?

If the deceased's heirs are limited to his wife, two daughters, mother, and full brother, the estate is distributed as follows:

- The wife receives one-eighth (1/8) as a prescribed share, due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿But if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave.﴾ - The two daughters receive two-thirds (2/3) as a prescribed share, due to their plurality and the absence of anyone to make them asabah (residuaries), based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left.﴾ - The mother receives one-sixth (1/6) as a prescribed share, due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿And for his parents, for each of them is one sixth of what he left if he has a child.﴾ - The full brother inherits the remainder as a residuary (asabah), based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male heir."

The estate is divided into twenty-four shares: three shares for the wife, sixteen shares for the two daughters, four shares for the mother, and one share for the full brother.

It is important to note the necessity of referring inheritance matters to Sharia courts to verify all heirs, wills, and debts before distribution.
