If a person's anger reaches a level that makes him lose consciousness, then his divorce is null and void and does not take effect. However, if he is aware of what he is saying, the is that anger does not prevent the divorce from taking effect. If he utters the word "divorce" without attributing it to his wife and does not intend to divorce her, then it does not take effect. But if he intends to divorce her and repeats the word for emphasis, then one divorce takes effect, and in this case, he may take her back during her ' (waiting period).
