What is the ruling on removing the discount mark from a company on certain products and selling them at the same price without a reduction?

If the pharmacist is an agent for the company, then he must adhere to the price set by the company. However, if he is not an agent, but rather buys the medicine and then sells it, he may sell it at any price he wishes. Nevertheless, the majority of scholars believe that the company's condition of reducing the price is not valid, whereas Ibn Taymiyyah holds that the condition is valid and must be fulfilled as long as it does not contradict Islamic law and contains a benefit. In all cases, if the regulations prohibit changing drug prices, then these must be adhered to.
